FJP-A series capsule sorting and polishing machine is a special capsule polishing equipment with sorting function. It not only removes dust from the surface of capsules to improve the finish and eliminate static electricity, but also uses a novel negative pressure rejection device to automatically reject capsules with light filling, empty shells, fragments and separated capsules. It is suitable for all types of capsules. The various parts of this machine can be quickly disassembled, cleaned and connected using a quick connection device, which is extremely convenient and fast. The frequency conversion speed regulation is sensitive, reliable and stable, and can withstand a large starting torque. The synchronous belt output power realizes low-noise operation. Equipped with a special feeder, it can be connected to a fully automatic filling machine. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel and fully complies with GMP standards.
