Product profile:

    This machine is a single-press automatic rotating, continuous tableting machine that presses granular raw materials into various tablets. It is mainly used for tablet production in the pharmaceutical industry, and is also suitable for chemical, food, electronics and other industrial sectors. The outer cover is fully enclosed, made of stainless steel, the internal table is made of stainless steel, and the surface of the turntable is specially treated to maintain the surface gloss and prevent cross contamination, meeting GMP requirements.
    The doors and windows are equipped with transparent glass to clearly observe the state of tableting, and can be fully opened for easy internal cleaning and maintenance. All controllers and operating parts are reasonably arranged. The stepless frequency conversion speed regulation device is used for electrical speed regulation, which is easy to operate, rotates smoothly, and is safe and accurate. All transmission devices are arranged inside the machine to keep the machine parts clean. The machine is equipped with an electromagnetic brake motor and other safety protection devices, which can be adjusted and operated during operation.
