THDP-5 Single Punch Tablet Press

The THDP5 Single Punch Tablet Press is a high-efficiency tableting machine independently developed by our company. While specially designed for milk tablet production, it is also widely suitable for Chinese herbal powder, food-grade powder and other similar granular materials.
 
The whole machine adopts electroplating treatment, with strong pressure and high output. It can process one can of milk powder into tablets in about 9 minutes, equivalent to6.67 cans per hour.
 
Featuring a heavy-duty steel main frame, the machine is sturdy and crack-resistant under long-term high-intensity use. With strong compression force, it runs smoothly and rarely jams. It has few wearing parts, low failure rate, and is lightweight and portable for outdoor activities and on-site operations.
 
Driven by a worm gear, it runs with low noise. The pressure adjustment adopts a new knurled screw design, which can be adjusted without a wrench, making operation simple and convenient.
 
As a small benchtop electric continuous tablet press, it is equipped with one set of punches and dies. By replacing the moulds, it can produce tablets of different shapes and sizes. The filling depth of materials and tablet thickness are both adjustable.
